Well I bought a product on Newegg. And the next day wanted to cancel. So I contacted support and stated I'm on Step 3. Which said Step 3: Your credit/debit card has been successfully charged. Please note that you may no longer make changes to your order. And yet to reach Step 4: Your order contents will soon be packaged and sealed.
Right now my status still shows Step 3. I asked to cancel. And they said just voided. Then comeback and say that it shipped. I heard this from another person on a forum too who had the same thing happened. Seems like if you want to cancel. They drum up a non working UPS tracking number. Then later on that day ship it. This is the last time I buy anything from Newegg and plan on buying only from sites like Buy.com and Amazon.com
